Custom stainless steel sheet metal enclosures are protective housings designed and manufactured on a one-to-one basis according to the customer's equipment dimensions, structure, functions, and operating environment requirements. Unlike standard-sized products, they are not restricted by universal dimensions and can be individually developed entirely according to customer-provided drawings, prototypes, or usage requirements—achieving a precise match with the equipment.

These products are widely used in electrical control, instrumentation, communication equipment, medical devices, food machinery, outdoor cabinets, and other fields. They are particularly suitable for scenarios with high requirements for corrosion resistance, waterproof/dustproof protection, hygiene and cleanliness, or appearance quality.

II. Product Materials

The following stainless steel materials can be selected based on the operating environment and protection requirements:

SUS304 Stainless Steel: The most common choice, offering good corrosion resistance, rust prevention, and high strength—suitable for most indoor and outdoor environments.

SUS316L Stainless Steel: With added molybdenum, it delivers superior corrosion resistance, especially against chlorides and chemical media—suitable for highly corrosive environments such as coastal areas, chemical plants, and pharmaceutical facilities.

SUS201 Stainless Steel: More cost-effective, suitable for indoor dry environments where corrosion resistance requirements are less demanding.

Sheet thickness is customizable. Surface treatment options include brushed finish, mirror finish, sandblasting, electrostatic spraying, and powder coating. Colors can be formulated according to requirements.

III. Product Features

Exclusive designs are developed based on customer-provided drawings, prototypes, or usage requirements. Dimensions, shapes, door opening methods, mounting hole positions, and interface locations can all be flexibly adjusted to ensure a perfect fit between the enclosure and the equipment. Manufactured through bending, welding, and polishing processes, the enclosures offer high strength, excellent rigidity, smooth and aesthetically pleasing welds, and a fine overall texture that enhances equipment quality.

2. Corrosion and Rust Resistance with Customizable Protection

The stainless steel surface forms a dense oxide film that effectively resists moisture, acids, alkalis, salt spray, and chemical media—preventing rust and corrosion over long-term use. It is particularly suitable for harsh environments such as outdoor, humid, coastal, and chemical locations. Different protection ratings can be designed according to the application scenario, reaching up to IP65 or higher. Door seams are equipped with weather-resistant sealing strips to effectively prevent rainwater, dust, and moisture ingress.

3. Hygienic and Easy to Clean

The stainless steel surface is smooth and non-porous, making it resistant to dust accumulation and bacterial growth. It is easy to clean and complies with hygiene requirements in the food, pharmaceutical, and medical industries.
