I. Product Overview

The stainless steel water tank is a water storage device made from food-grade SUS304 stainless steel. It is manufactured by stamping steel sheets into modular blocks and assembling them through welding. Its core function is to protect water quality through a sealed structure while regulating water balance according to demand, serving applications from small household use to large industrial storage.

As a new-generation product following fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) tanks, it offers an attractive appearance, economical practicality, and long-lasting durability, significantly outperforming traditional cement and FRP tanks in hygiene, safety, and ease of installation.

II. Product Material

The tank is manufactured using SUS304 stainless steel sheets, the most widely used choice with good corrosion and rust resistance at a moderate cost. It contains 18-20% chromium and 8-10.5% nickel, making it strong, durable, and heat-resistant. The food-grade material is chemically stable, non-toxic, and leaches no harmful substances into water, complying with national standards for food, beverage, and medical applications.

III. Product Structure & Craftsmanship

The tank features a modular design assembled from standard panels (typically 1000×1000mm, 1000×500mm, and 500×500mm) joined by TIG arc welding, offering high strength, light weight, and low cost.

Internal reinforcement braces enhance pressure-bearing capacity. Accessories include inlet, outlet, overflow port, drain port, level gauge, ladders, and manhole, with some tanks featuring ventilation holes for pressure balance.

Using CNC stamping technology, convex templates are formed and flexibly combined per customer requirements, then assembled and welded on-site.

IV. Product Features

1. Hygienic & Safe – Food-grade stainless steel is non-toxic, odorless, and has a smooth, non-porous surface that resists algae and bacteria growth, preventing secondary water contamination and meeting drinking water standards.

2. Excellent Corrosion Resistance – The dense oxide film on the surface effectively resists corrosion from air, water, and weak acids/alkalis.

3. High Strength & Long Lifespan – High strength and hardness withstand pressure and impact without deformation. Under normal use, service life exceeds 20 years, surpassing cement and FRP tanks.

4. Easy Installation & Maintenance – Modular assembly requires no heavy equipment; only simple tools and labor. Routine maintenance is limited to periodic cleaning and seal checks.

5. Flexible Customization – Available in square, round, polygonal, stepped, or L-shapes, with dimensions customizable to site requirements.

6. Good Thermal Insulation – Suitable for hot water storage, with no deformation or cracking under thermal expansion and contraction.

Standard panel sizes: 1000×1000mm, 1000×500mm, 500×500mm. Tank height is typically below 3.0 meters; length, width, and height can be customized according to user needs, with combinations available from 0.5 tons to 2,000 tons.
