Integrated Heating & Cooling Unit

I. Product Overview

The integrated heating and cooling unit is a complete heating and cooling system that integrates an air source heat pump, water pumps, water tank, control system, and piping within a standard container. The product is fully assembled, wired, and commissioned at the factory, then delivered to the site in a "ready-to-operate" manner—simply connect water and power to begin operation, with no need for large-scale on-site construction or secondary installation.

The product can simultaneously meet heating, cooling, and domestic hot water demands. It is widely used in residential communities, hotels, schools, hospitals, factories, office buildings, and temporary camps, and is particularly suitable for projects with high requirements regarding construction timelines, installation conditions, or site flexibility.

II. Product Composition

Air Source Heat Pump Unit: The core heating and cooling source, achieving efficient heating and cooling through the reverse Carnot cycle, with high energy efficiency and low operating costs.

Circulating Water Pumps and Piping System: Responsible for the transport and circulation of heating/cooling media. Piping is prefabricated at the factory, reducing on-site welding and installation work.

Buffer Water Tank / Storage Tank: Stabilizes system water temperature and pressure, reduces frequent start/stop cycles of the unit, and improves operating efficiency.

Intelligent Control System: Integrates temperature, pressure, flow, and other sensors with controllers, enabling automatic regulation, remote monitoring, and fault alarms.

Container Enclosure: Uses a standardized container as the equipment carrier, offering waterproof, dustproof, anti-theft, and soundproof functions, and can be lifted, transported, and stacked as a whole.

Electrical Control Cabinet: Centralizes power supply, control, and protection components with standardized wiring for easy operation and maintenance.

III. Product Features

1. Factory Prefabricated, Ready to Operate Upon Delivery

The equipment is assembled, wired, and commissioned at the factory. After being transported to the site as a whole, it only requires water and power connections to operate—greatly shortening construction timelines, reducing on-site installation workload and human error, and making it particularly suitable for projects with tight schedules or limited site conditions.

2. Multi-Purpose, Highly Efficient, and Energy-Saving

Integrates heating, cooling, and domestic hot water functions into one unit. Operating modes can be flexibly switched according to seasons and demand, with a single system meeting multiple energy needs. Using an air source heat pump as the heating and cooling source delivers high energy efficiency and significantly lower operating costs compared with traditional electric heating and boiler systems. Combined with the buffer water tank and intelligent controls, it automatically adjusts based on load to avoid energy waste.

3. Container-Based Carrier for Flexible Deployment

Using a standard container as the carrier, it offers excellent waterproof, dustproof, anti-theft, and soundproof performance, and can be lifted, transported, and stacked as a whole. It can be permanently installed on the ground or relocated as a whole as needed—particularly suitable for temporary camps, rental projects, or phased construction scenarios. The integrated intelligent control system enables automatic temperature regulation, remote monitoring, fault alarms, and energy consumption statistics, reducing the need for manual attendance and facilitating routine inspection and maintenance.

IV. Application Scenarios

Residential and Commercial: Centralized heating and cooling for communities, hotels, office buildings, and shopping malls

Public Institutions: Schools, hospitals, gymnasiums, and government agencies

Industrial Sector: Factory workshops, process cooling, and employee living areas

Temporary and Mobile Scenarios: Construction camps, post-disaster resettlement sites, field operation camps, and rental projects

Phased Construction: Transitional heating and cooling supply for newly built industrial parks, with the option for whole-unit relocation or capacity expansion later
