I. Product Overview

This high-efficiency dry dust collector employs advanced centrifugal separation technology to effectively remove dust from gas streams without using any filter media. It is widely used for dust pretreatment and material recovery in the woodworking, furniture, grain processing, feed, chemical, and building materials industries.

II. Working Principle

Dust-laden air enters the collector tangentially at high speed through the inlet, creating a powerful swirling airflow inside the cylindrical chamber. Under centrifugal force, heavier dust particles are propelled toward the inner wall, lose momentum, and slide down the conical section into the dust hopper. The cleaned gas then exits upward through the central outlet pipe.
