Multi-tube impact water bath dust collector

This equipment integrates water-bath impingement and foam adsorption for efficient dust collection. The process consists of three stages:

Stage 1 — Pre-Separation
Dust-laden gas enters through the inlet and strikes a dust baffle plate. Larger particles are deflected by inertia, falling directly into the water tank for sedimentation — providing initial separation.

Stage 2 — Impingement Purification (Core Process)
The pre-cleaned gas enters the header box, where it is evenly distributed to multiple nozzles. These nozzles direct the gas at high speed onto the water surface, generating intense impingement that produces a large volume of foam and a water curtain. Under the combined effects of inertial impaction, diffusion, and coalescence, fine dust particles are captured by water droplets and settle to the bottom of the tank — ensuring high-efficiency purification.

Stage 3 — Dehydration & Discharge
The cleaned gas, now carrying some moisture, passes sequentially through primary and secondary mist eliminator baffles, which effectively remove entrained water droplets. The dry, clean gas is then discharged through the outlet.

The system operates under negative pressure, with the water level maintained automatically at a constant height via an overflow pipe and water level controller — guaranteeing stable and consistent impingement performance.
